How to unzip a zip file

Now a days people prefer to download zip files rather than the the bulky unpacked ones. This is obvious as these zip files save a lot of our time. But many of us don't know how to use the zip file after downloading it. People think that the zipped files are similar to the simple ones and can be used by just double-clicking as they commonly do. But believe me there's no use of doing so.

So to counter this problem I provide you with the following steps before you sit on the internet for two hours and weaken your eyes:

1. The first and most important  thing you need is a good software for unzipping the files. You can try famous softwares like Winzip (www.winzip.com/downwz.htm) and peazip (www.peazip.org) 

2. Install the downloaded software by first double-clicking on the file and the following the steps on the screen

3. Once the software gets installed go to the folder where you've kept you zip file

4. Right-click on the zip file and select Open-with

5. Select your unzipper from the list of installed softwares by double-clicking on it

6. A new widow will be opened, simply click on the extract button and select the folder in which you want to extract the file.

7. Once the file gets fully extracted you can simply run the file by double-clicking on it.
