Changing old cassettes songs to digital formats

You can change your old cassettes to any new format according to your devices and transfer them to you gadgets. All you need is your stereo/cassette player and an input-output cable which you would've got with your player and if not you can easily buy it for approximately Rs.50.



Steps:

1. Plug one end of the input-output cable into the output socket of your music player and plug the other end into your computer's sound card's round input socket which is usually red in color.
2. Now click on Start>Programs>Accessories>Sound recorder to open your computer's sound recording software.
3. Play your cassette.
4. Press the recording button in your sound recording software.
5. You can stop the recording whenever you want and then save the file via file menu.
6. Now if you want then you can change the audio clip to any format
